Breakdown? Relax, there’s another Volvo Car coming to your place

Volvo Car Australia owners don’t have to worry about breakdowns – because another Volvo will be on its way.

Volvo Car owners don’t have to worry about breakdowns too often. But they occasionally happen – and when they do, it’s a hassle, especially if drivers end up with an inferior replacement vehicle.

Volvo Car Australia has teamed up with leading hire firm Compass to make sure that drivers get a replacement Volvo car.

Broken down vehicles can be towed to a retailer and get a Volvo vehicle rather than another marque while theirs is fixed.

It can be delivered to drivers’ homes or workplace at a time that best suits – with collection also taken care of to make sure hassle remains minimal and the experience optimal.

For customers that do breakdown, there’s no change to the current process: Drivers just call Volvo Roadside Assist, who via the CRC team will schedule the booking directly with Compass.

There’s no charge for three days. If the repair is going to take longer than that, drivers can request an extension with the customer relations consultant (CRC) team by calling 1300 787 802 or emailing owners.australia@volvocars.com.

Which is one less thing to worry about.

*The arrangement covers all states except NT and Tasmania.*

*In the unlikely event a Volvo is not available at time of booking, the customer may be provided with a non-branded courtesy car.*
