It’s official: Australia’s most satisfied customers drive a Volvo

Across the year, Roy Morgan tracks hundreds of top Australian brands and surveys a panel of more than 60,000 Australians month by month.

Consistently excellent survey results led to Volvo Cars being named Car Manufacturer of the Year – as it beat all other carmakers for highest customer satisfaction for most of the year.

But Volvo also beat every other brand across 37 categories with an overall average customer satisfaction score of 96.5 per cent across the year – “exceptional”, according to Levine – with Volvo “recognised as the brand delivering the highest customer satisfaction to Australians”.


Volvo Car Australia managing director, Stephen Connor, commended the dedication of the company’s staff and the commitment to excellence from its business partners to deliver outstanding levels of service.

“This win is a testament to our brand values, our overarching mantra of putting people at the centre of everything we do. Being a Swedish brand our designers focus their design for people and on creating a Scandinavian living room experience with a priority on comfort and making life less complicated. This then carries on into our Volvo Retailer Experience Centres,” said Connor.

“From the very outset Volvo Cars has been about caring for people who care for the world we live in and the people around us. To that end we set our standards that underpin our values – and that includes our business partners to deliver on that promise,” he added.
