With Customer Parts Warranty, after the expiry of your Volvo's warranty, eligible parts installed on your Volvo by an authorised Volvo retailer are covered for as long as you own your car*.

When you let an authorised Volvo retailer take care of your car, you will be eligible for our Customer Parts Warranty on eligible parts installed by your authorised Volvo Service Centre. So, letting our expert technicians repair your Volvo using Volvo Genuine Parts will always give you a little extra peace of mind – whether or not you’re driving a new model*.

Volvo Cars warrants that eligible parts installed by an authorised Volvo retailer after expiry of your vehicle's warranty will be eligible for the Customer Parts. The coverage includes the labour to replace the covered replacement part. The warranty does not cover accessories, wear & tear parts or consumables. There is no coverage for parts needing replacement due to any outside influence. For full terms and conditions click below.

*This warranty is non-transferable. The coverage only applies to the original purchaser of the part. Proof of previous purchase and installation at an authorised Volvo retailer is necessary for coverage. This warranty does not cover parts replaced under your Volvo New Car Warranty.
