Volvo Canada Announces January Sales

TORONTO, ON (February 1, 2013) - Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. reported 280 new vehicle sales in January, an 8.5 percent increase over December 2012. Volvo Canada's industry-leading certified pre-owned program showed an increase of 30.5 percent contributing to 107 units last month. The top sellers in January were the XC60 premium crossover and the S60 sport sedan which sold 82 and 108 respectively. This is the first month on record that the XC60 was not the number one selling nameplate since its introduction to the Canadian market in 2009, due to the popularity of the S60's T5 new AWD offering.
