Included in your subscription

  • Flexible mileage package

    The subscription includes 6,000 mi per year. Select more mileage during order summary – adjustable at any time; great for transparency and control. Additional mileage is billed at the end of your subscription.

  • Volvo Cars App

    Your car’s inbuilt system connects to an app, so you can request assistance, get theft warnings and control features remotely. It automatically alerts emergency services if you’re in a crash.

  • 24/7 roadside assistance

    If you have an accident, breakdown, lockout or flat tyre, just press your car’s Volvo On Call button to request assistance. If we can’t help on the spot, we’ll tow you to a Volvo retailer.

  • Mandatory tax & inspections

    Legally required vehicle tax (VED) and vehicle testing (MOT for cars aged 3+ years) are included. We’ll notify you when they’re due. Contact us if your car displays any related messages.

  • Courtesy car/Collection & delivery

    When your car is in the workshop for a service, we can provide a replacement vehicle or collect and return your car (max. range 20 miles; max. 10 miles within M25).

  • No hidden costs

    With your subscription car, there’s no deposit or negotiation required. Instead you pay a clear monthly fee that covers most practicalities.

  • Service & maintenance

    Your car is covered for scheduled maintenance work. We’ll notify you when a service is due – and clean your car after each visit.

  • 3 months’ notice

    Subscribe flexibly to change car or cancel with 3 months’ notice, or subscribe for a fixed 36-month period and pay a lower fee.

  • Wear & tear cover (incl. tyres)

    During your car’s scheduled maintenance, we’ll change or repair any parts, including tyres, worn through normal use.

  • Dedicated customer care

    You can contact us by phone, email or chat. Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00.
