Volvo in collaboration with the Eden Project is proud to offer you the chance to win tickets for you and your family to visit the extraordinary Eden Project in Cornwall.

1. The “Promoter”: Volvo Car UK Ltd, Scandinavia House, Norreys Drive, Maidenhead SL6 4FL (“VCUK”).

2. The Summer Eden Project Family Ticket Giveaway is subject to the following conditions and is open only to UK residents who are 18 years or over. - The giveaway “Prize” refers to a maximum of 8 tickets for one family to the Eden Project, to be claimed by the 31 December 2024 on dates to be mutually agreed with VCUK subject always to availability. The Prize does not include travel, fuel, accommodation, subsistence or any other extra activities at the Eden Project.

3. To enter the giveaway, entrants must take the following steps using their Instagram account: - Like the Volvo Eden Project Summer Family Tickets giveaway post which is featured on @volvocaruk and @edenprojectcornwall Instagram grids as a co-author post. - Follow @volvocaruk and @edenprojectcornwall accounts on Instagram. - Tag someone they know in the comments of the giveaway post who would also love the chance to win. Each separate comment with a different tagged user counts as an additional entry into the giveaway. As a bonus entry, entrants can share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story. Private users must screenshot this and send the screenshot to @volvocaruk via a direct message on Instagram. This counts as an additional entry into the giveaway. Entrants who do not choose to do this, but who have completed all required steps will still be entered into the giveaway. Entrants will be automatically entered into the draw once they have completed all required steps. Participants will not be entered into the draw if they do not complete all required entry steps. Please note that this giveaway is run on Instagram only, and excludes likes, shares or other activity on Facebook and other platforms.

4. Entries will be open from 11:00 BST Friday 16th August 2024 and will be accepted up until 23:59 BST Friday 23rd August 2024 (the “Competition Deadline”). Entries made after this point will not be counted.

5. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and agreeing that you are eligible to claim any prize you may win.

6. There will be 1 winner of the giveaway who will be selected on 27th August 2024 at random. A panel of VCUK employees will review all entries after the Competition Deadline and check that the entry has fulfilled the criteria stated in point 3 above. A random name generator will then be used to select the winner to ensure a fair process. The decision of the panel will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7. VCUK will send a direct message via Instagram to the chosen winner notifying them of the win. The winner will need to provide their contact phone number and their email address to the VCUK @volvocaruk Instagram account via a direct message in response. Please be aware of scam accounts. We will contact the winner via @volvocaruk Instagram account and never ask you to share any financial information.

8. Should there be no response from the winner within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected and notified, and the same process will be repeated until there is a confirmed winner for the prize.

9. No liability is accepted for submissions that are lost or not received. No liability is accepted in the event there is no response to telephone calls, direct messages or e-mails when contacting a chosen winner.

10. By law, VCUK must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact VCUK. In such circumstances, VCUK must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

11. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

12. VCUK reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.

13. You agree that VCUK may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website, social media and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant VCUK a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes.

14. No purchase necessary.

15. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating in this prize competition, you agree to a complete release of Instagram, or any other social media platforms, from any claims relating to the prize competition.

16. VCUK will not accept liability for minors left unattended at the Eden Project.

17. Prize winners are responsible for their own property (including clothing, umbrellas, child seats etc.) at the Eden Project - please ensure it is always kept safe. VCUK accepts no responsibility for loss or theft of, or damage to property except if caused by VCUK's negligence.

18. VCUK shall not be held responsible for any cancellation of any part of the prize, event or activities, which may be due to circumstances outside its control, including - but not limited to - sickness, adverse weather conditions or Covid-19 factors. There will be no alternative offer in respect of any such cancellation.

19. VCUK, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of VCUK, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

20. It is the winner’s responsibility to declare any tax liability to HM Revenue and Customs.

21. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g. be photographed for website/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win.

23. VCUK reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this prize competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

24. VCUK reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

25. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
