How to return your car

Initiating the return process

1. Before the end of your contract, contact our Customer Relation Centre to activate the return of car process.
2. Arrange a handover appointment (including any replacement car).

Preparing your vehicle for return

3. Ensure all loose items are with the car, e.g. spare key, charging cables, luggage net and load cover.
4. Initial inspection of your car, noting any excessive wear and tear in accordance with the BVLA fair wear and tear guide (full inspection completed at our vehicle return centre).

Finalising the return

5. Full information on charges identified and invoice sent within 4 weeks.
