All it takes is one phone call to the dedicated Volvo Assistance freephone number 0800 777116 (or by mobile 0208 6039416) and a Customer Service Specialist will co-ordinate the resources to resolve the problem. You’ll be on the move again quickly, with minimal disruption to your plans. If the problem cannot be resolved at home or the roadside we will pay the costs of taking your vehicle to the nearest Authorised Volvo Dealer or Volvo Authorised Workshop or your preferred Authorised Volvo Dealer if within 50 miles from the point of immobilisation
