Customer Relations Consultant (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Volvo Car UK Limited (VCUK) Customer Relations Consultant (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

We have a vacancy for a Customer Relations Consultant within the Customer Relations and Warranty team.

This position is for a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role will require you to - 

To respond to all customer and dealer enquiries in line with departmental standards
Develop long-term customer satisfaction and retention through meeting and surpassing the customers’ and dealers’ expectations
Make decisions in respect of goodwill payments as appropriate, retaining commercial awareness
Liaise with Dealers to investigate customer feedback/concerns and co-ordinate appropriate actions to resolve the customer concern
Very good knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word)

Regional Customer Service Manager

We now have a vacancy for the role of ‘Regional Customer Service Manager’.

This is a challenging and rewarding role where you provide Field based support and consultancy to UK dealers in the area of Parts, Accessories and Service business streams. 

The role requires good communication skills with people of all levels, within the dealer network, the sales company, and partner organisations and requires the job holder to continually pursue business improvement opportunities, with a focus on implementing new and innovative process enhancements to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant will be based in Maidenhead with some requirement for off-site meetings supporting our field-teams and dealer colleagues. Knowledge and experience of Aftersales Marketing programmes is highly desirable.
