The 40/60 split-folding backrests make the cabin layout flexible. And they lie flat to create a level surface whether you fold them down together or separately. Use the through-hatch in the center rear seat to pack long items like skis, keeping the outer seats free for passengers. 
 The tailgate is power-operated. Kick under the rear bumper to open or close it hands-free. You can also use buttons on the tailgate, dashboard and key fob.
