We’ve got you covered. Even after your warranty has expired, your vehicle is still eligible for Volvo Roadside Assistance. With no cost**, we will arrange to have your Volvo car towed to the nearest Volvo Cars authorized retailer or Volvo Certified Collision Center within a 25-mile radius.
Customer Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty

Volvo Car USA LLC will cover towing for the first 25 miles to any authorized Volvo retailer in the case of a mechanical or electrical breakdown. Volvo Car USA LLC will cover towing for the first 25 miles to an authorized Certified Collision Center in the case of an accident. Additional fees may apply beyond the initial 25 miles. 4. Over the air updates are only available on compatible newer model vehicles. *Volvo recommends that you bring your gas-powered vehicle in for service at least once a year regardless of mileage, or every two years for fully electric vehicles. For Model Year 2022 to 2025.5 vehicles with an internal combustion engine, Volvo Car USA LLC will cover the recommended services at 1 per year for the first 3 years from warranty start date limited to 1 every 10,000 miles up to the first 3 years or 30,000 miles, whichever occurs first. For Model Year 2022 to 2025 vehicles which are fully electric, Volvo Car USA LLC will cover the recommended services at 1 per two years for the first 4 years from warranty start date limited to 1 every 20,000 miles up to the first 4 years or 40,000 miles, whichever occurs first. For Model Year 2026 to 2027 vehicles with an internal combustion engine, Volvo Car USA LLC will cover the recommended services at 1 per year for the first 2 years from warranty start date limited to 1 every 10,000 miles up to the first 2 years or 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first. For Model Year 2026 to 2027 vehicles which are fully electric (excluding EX60), Volvo Car USA LLC will cover the recommended services at 1 service at 2 years or 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first. For EX60 Model Year 2027, Volvo Car USA LLC will cover the recommended services at 1 service at 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever occurs first. **New Volvo vehicles include complimentary Volvo Roadside Assistance Plus for the 4 year/50,000-mile Volvo New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Certified by Volvo vehicles include complimentary Volvo Roadside Assistance Plus for the 1-year Volvo Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty, which applies after the expiration of the 4 year/50,000-mile Volvo New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Volvo Roadside Assistance Plus is meant to provide service in emergency situation. An emergency situation does not include repeated service calls for a car in need of routine maintenance, removing snow from on or around the vehicle, installation of or removal of snow tires, vehicle storage charge, costs of parts and installations, products, materials, impounding/tow fees. There is no cost for (1) the first 25 miles to any authorized Volvo retailer in the case of a mechanical or electrical breakdown or (2) the first 25 miles to an authorized Certified Collision Center in the case of an accident, for any distance further than the foregoing, there will be an overage fee for mileage beyond the initial 25 miles. ***The Customer Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty does not apply to third party purchasers such as independent repair shops, body shops, or on parts purchased over the counter and not installed by an authorized Volvo dealer. This warranty does not cover accessories, wear items or consumables. Part failures due to installation errors will not be covered by any Volvo Part Warranty.
