Iniciar o carregamento

Importante

Evite ligar o cabo de carregamento quando houver risco de trovoadas ou descargas atmosféricas.

Certifique-se de que o automóvel está em Park (P).

1. Abra a tampa de carregamento do seu automóvel premindo levemente a extremidade traseira.

2. Remova todas as tampas protetoras da tomada de carregamento e do conector do cabo.

3. Plug the wallbox charging cable into the car.

> Quando o cabo está totalmente inserido, ele tranca.

4. If you’re using Unrestricted mode your car will begin charging automatically.

5. If you have Restricted mode enabled you’ll need to approve the session either by tapping your RFID on the wallbox, or open the Volvo Cars app > Profile tab > Wallbox > Approve session.

> Charging starts within a few seconds and once started, the charging input socket or charging port light pulsates green.

Parar de carregar

Importante

Pare sempre a sessão de carregamento antes de tentar desligar o cabo de carregamento do automóvel. Se não o fizer, poderá danificar o cabo ou o sistema.

1. To stop charging, press the release button next to the charging input socket, charging port or via the centre display.

  • For the EX30 you can stop charging by unlocking you car or via the centre display.

Nota

Quando destranca o automóvel, o carregamento pára e o cabo de carregamento é desbloqueado durante cerca de 90 segundos. Se não remover o cabo durante este período, este volta a trancar e o carregamento é retomado.

2. Desligue o cabo de carregamento do automóvel.

3. Recoloque todas as tampas de proteção na tomada de carregamento e no conector do cabo.

4. Feche a tampa de carregamento.

For information on how to set up a RFID (Radio frequency ID) tag see the article related to connecting an RFID tag to your wallbox.

If you're a guest user, and the wallbox is set to Restricted you'll need to use an RFID tag to charge your car ad the owner will need to grant you access to the wallbox before you begin charging. To do this, simply tap your RFID on the wallbox, the owner will have to open the Volvo Cars app and approve the charging session.

3. Ligue novamente o cabo de carregamento à tomada de carregamento.

4. If charging doesn't begin try restarting your wallbox by turning the power off and on again.

5. Se o problema persistir, contacte o seu concessionário Volvo.
