Irvine, Ca (June 8, 2005) – Volvo Cars of North America, LLC (VCNA) announced pricing for its 2006 model year lineup today. The announcement continues to illustrate the tremendous value across the Swedish automotive manufacturer's entire line of cars, wagons and SUVs.
The 2006 Volvo vehicle line has undergone enhancements to its model mix. The C70 Convertible has been discontinued (in preparation for an all-new C70) and the T6 engine is no longer offered in the S80 model line. The Volvo lineup includes the new S40 sports sedan and its sport-wagon counterpart, the V50. The award-winning XC90 – powered by a new 311-horsepower V8 engine, the S60 performance sedan, S80 luxury sedan, versatile V70 wagon and rugged Cross Country rounds out the Volvo line.
