VOLVO CARS U.S. COMPLIMENTARY FACTORY SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE (FSM) PROGRAM

When you get a Volvo, you get more than just a vehicle, you gain access to Volvo Certified Technicians dedicated to keeping your Volvo performing at its best.

To enhance your ownership experience, new Volvo vehicles include Complimentary Factory Scheduled Maintenance (FSM). Designed to complement your warranty, this program helps ensure reliable, trouble‑free operation.

Maintenance details are provided below by vehicle type: gasoline and hybrid models in the first section, and fully electric models in the second. Please select the document that corresponds to your model and year.

The Complimentary FSM Program is valid at any Volvo Cars authorized retailer in the United States. Coverage begins on the vehicle’s delivery or in-service date and is tied to the vehicle, not transferable to another.

Gasoline, Plug-in Hybrid, Mild-hybrid Vehicle Models

Coverage for Volvo gasoline-powered vehicles (with an internal combustion engine) sold new to a retail customer by a Volvo Cars authorized retailer and registered in the U.S. (Not Applicable for Fully Electric Vehicles)

For Model Year 2026 - 2027, the Volvo Complimentary FSM Program covers the first two regularly scheduled maintenance services at 10,000, 20,000 miles.*

For Model Years 2022 - 2025.5, the Volvo Complimentary FSM Program covers the first three regularly scheduled maintenance services at 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 miles.**

Fully Electric Vehicle Models Only

Coverage for Volvo fully electric vehicles sold new to a retail customer by a Volvo Cars authorized retailer and registered in the U.S. (Not Applicable for Gasoline-Powered Vehicles)

For Model Year 2026-2027 (Fully electric models excluding EX60), the Volvo Complimentary FSM Program covers the first regularly scheduled maintenance service at 20,000 miles (or two years, whichever comes first).***

For Model Year 2027 EX60, the Volvo Complimentary FSM Program covers the first regularly scheduled maintenance service at 25,000 miles (or two years, whichever comes first).***

For Model Years 2022-2025 (All fully electric models), the Volvo Complimentary FSM Program covers the first two regularly scheduled maintenance services at 20,000 miles (or two years, whichever comes first) and 40,000 miles (or 4 years whichever comes first).****

These regularly scheduled maintenance services & inspections performed by your Volvo Cars authorized retailer will help ensure trouble-free operation of your Volvo vehicle.

Note: Any Volvo Cars authorized retailer in the United States can perform your Factory Scheduled Maintenance (FSM). If your car includes complimentary FSM, the service must be performed in the United States at a Volvo Cars authorized retailer. The complimentary FSM coverage does not transfer over to Canadian Volvo retailers or outside of the United States. Volvo Car USA LLC reserves the right to make changes to or terminate this program at any time.

Items Not Covered by the Volvo Complimentary Factory Scheduled Maintenance Program

(not an exclusive list):

• Damage to the vehicle resulting from normal wear and tear or abuse
• Vehicles severely damaged and/or declared to be a total loss by an insurer
• Service intervals missed by the owner/ driver of record. Volvo Cars authorized retailers will perform a service that is appropriate for the mileage or age of the vehicle
• Additional customer-requested services or Volvo Cars retailer-suggested service not specified in the Volvo Warranty and Maintenance Records Information booklet
• 2024 Recharge Pure Electric Models may have additional coverage as specified in the Warranty and Maintenance Records Information booklet.
• Wear items outlined in the Volvo Warranty and Maintenance Records Information booklet
• Information booklet (NOTE: this does not apply to model year 2022, and 2023, fully electric vehicles)

* Volvo Car USA LLC recommends that you bring your gas-powered vehicle in for service at least once a year regardless of mileage. For model year 2026 - 2027 vehicles with an internal combustion engine, Volvo will cover the recommended services at 1 per year for the first 2 years from warranty start date limited to 1 every 10,000 miles up to the first 2 years or 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

**Volvo Car USA LLC recommends that you bring your gas-powered vehicle in for service at least once a year regardless of mileage. For vehicle model years 2022 - 2025.5 with an internal combustion engine, Volvo will cover the recommended services at 1 per year for the first 3 years from warranty start date limited to 1 every 10,000 miles up to the first 3 years or 30,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

***Volvo Car USA LLC recommends that you bring your fully electric vehicles in for service at least once every two years. For model year 2026-2027 vehicles which are fully electric (excluding EX60), Volvo will cover the recommended services at 1 service at 2 years or 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first. For model year 2027 EX60 vehicles, Volvo will cover the recommended services at 1 service at 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

****Volvo Car USA LLC recommends that you bring your fully electric vehicles vehicle in for service at least once every two years. For vehicle model years 2022 – 2025 which are fully electric, Volvo will cover the recommended services at 1 per two years for the first 4 years from warranty start date limited to 1 every 20,000 miles up to the first 4 years or 40,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
