PIN code
As the vehicle owner, you'll receive a PIN code from Volvo support to verify authorization for certain connected services.
This does not apply to cars with Google built-in.
New PIN code
The four-digit PIN code is automatically generated by Volvo support or by an authorized Volvo dealer and is sent to the vehicle owner.[1] The PIN code confirms that the user is authorized.
Use PIN code
The PIN code is required for security reasons for the following services:
Forgotten or change of PIN code
If you forget or need to change PIN code, for example when buying a used vehicle, contact a dealer.[3]
You can also contact Volvo support via the ON CALL/assist button
[4] or phone.
The new code is sent to the car owner.
