EX90 Safety and driver support

Because we all have precious cargo. []

Safety features complement safe driving practices and are not intended to enable or encourage distracted, aggressive, or otherwise unsafe or illegal driving. Cross traffic alert may have limited functionality in certain situations. Driver support functions are not a substitute for the driver's attention and judgment. Ultimately, the driver is responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle at all times.

EX90 Charging solutions

Take charge in a new direction.

Bi-directional charging

Bi-directional charging enables you to use your car battery as an extra power supply for your home. It also opens the possibility of using your car to balance the energy grid during peak hours and sell back energy to the grid when supply is lower. To be able to use bi-directional charging, you need a bi-directional Volvo wallbox.

Availability and functionality of bi-directional charging can vary between markets, and also require approval from local grid operator.
