Ready to make an impact from day one? The Volvo Cars Graduate Programme is your launchpad to become a change maker in the most exciting industry on the planet. Over 18 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience, global exposure, and mentorship from executive leaders. This is where your potential meets opportunity.
During the course of the programme, you’ll rotate through Engineering, Manufacturing & Commercial functions – working hands-on with real problems, impactful projects and global teams. You’ll explore different roles, stretch your skills and explore the path that feels right for you.

All graduates have a permanent employment contract with Volvo Cars from day 1.
How is the Global Graduate Programme compensated?
In 2026, all Graduates will receive a starting salary of 40 000 SEK per month.
Applicant Requirements
A Master’s degree, completed August 2026. Less than one year full-time work experience after your degree. English language fluency.
