Specific terms for Volvo In-car Delivery
1. Introduction
1.1
We, at Volvo (as defined in Section 1.2 below) want to offer you the Volvo In-car Delivery Service.

By checking a box in a digital acceptance process, you acknowledge that you have read these Specific Terms for Volvo In-car Delivery (this document, "Specific Terms for Volvo In-car Delivery") and accept that a binding agreement has been entered into between you and Volvo Car Corporation, a Swedish company with registration number 556074-3089, with the address 405 31 Gothenburg, Sweden, ("Volvo") for use of Volvo In-car Delivery.

Further, by accepting these Specific Terms for Volvo In-car Delivery, you accept that Volvo will provide Third Parties (as defined in Section 2.2 below) with information and digital keys to your car in order to make sure your car is responding, to be able to find (position, flash with headlights and honk), unlock and lock your car. The purpose of this is for the Third Parties to be able to make deliveries to your car.

To make it possible to identify your car, registration number, model, and color will be passed on from Volvo to the Third Party.

Delivery provided by a Third Party may be subject to separate terms and conditions between you and the Third Party (”Third Party Terms and Conditions.”) The Third Party Terms and Conditions may set out terms for your provision of information to the Third Party about your car´s physical location, requirement to share location data, etc., and will be communicated to you when it is time for you to decide the method of delivery.

Besides these Specific Terms for Volvo In-car Delivery and any Third Party terms, the Terms and Conditions for Services ("Terms and conditions for services") are applicable for the use of the service Volvo In-car Delivery, unless stated otherwise in this document.
2. Description of Volvo In-car Delivery
2.1
Volvo In-car Delivery is a Service that gives you the possibility to get your deliveries from selected companies made directly to your Volvo car.
2.2
Volvo has set up a partnership with selected companies (e.g. logistics companies and stores) ("Third Parties”) so as to be able to offer the Volvo In-car Delivery Service. Such companies vary between countries and regions. Examples of partner companies include but are not limited to distribution companies.
2.3
In order for you to be able to use Volvo In-car Delivery you must have a Volvo ID, an active Volvo On Call subscription, a Volvo On Call-enabled car and your Volvo ID must be linked to the Third Party.
2.4
After registering for the Volvo In-car Delivery Service, you will be able to choose Volvo In-car Delivery when selecting method of delivery in the purchase process of the Third Parties.
3. Service usage requirements
3.1
Volvo does not provide any deliveries itself through the Volvo In-car Delivery Service. Instead, the Third Party is responsible for the actual delivery, and the agreement regarding the actual delivery is exclusively between you and the Third Party. Claims arising concerning or that are related to the delivery or the delivered goods will be handled solely between you and the Third Party. Volvo does not guarantee successful delivery and cannot be held responsible for incomplete deliveries, or for any other claims in connection with the delivery or the delivered goods.
3.2
All information related to the delivery (time of delivery, change of car position, delivery confirmation, etc.) shall be communicated between you and the Third Party.
3.3
When registering for Volvo In-car Delivery, we will verify that your car has the technical features needed to be able to make use of the Service.
3.4
If it is necessary for you to move your car in order for the delivery to be made, the Third Party will inform you.
3.5
The Third Party is responsible for the goods being delivered to your car. The Third Party is also required to provide you with recommendations on how fresh goods (food, groceries, flowers, etc.) may be stored in your car.
3.6
You should contact the Third Party if you need customer support relating to the goods or the delivery.
3.7
Alternative delivery methods to choose from may be presented to you before or after the expected delivery by the Third Party.
3.8
Volvo recommends that you avoid keeping goods that are attractive to thieves visible within your car for a longer period of time.
3.9
You may remove your link between your Volvo ID and the Third Party in the Volvo On Call app.
4. Fees and Subscription
4.1
Registration for the Volvo In-car Delivery service is free of charge, but the Third Party might require a membership and might charge you for offered services. This should be regulated in Third-Party Terms and Conditions.
4.2
To be able to use the Volvo In-car Delivery Service, you must have a valid Volvo On Callsubscription.
4.3
Any cost related to the delivery per se is decided by the Third Party and should be communicated and agreed upon by you prior to delivery. You therefore pay for the delivery directly to the Third Party and not to Volvo.
5. Privacy
5.1
Your integrity and the integrity of all other customers is of utmost importance to Volvo. Volvo will process your Personal Data so that it can provide the In-car Deliver Service. Your use of the Volvo In-car Delivery service is covered by the Volvo Car Group Customer privacy policy.
5.2
