Your initial Volvo RoadsideAssistance Plus membership begins as a complimentary service when youpurchase your new or Certified by Volvo vehicle and lasts for the entire timeframe of the warranty regardless of mileage. You cancontact Volvo Roadside by calling 1-800-638-6586.

VolvoRoadsideAssistance Plus includes:

• 24-hour roadside assistance
• Towing to your nearest Volvodealer (or dealer of choice within a 25 mile radius)*
• Lockout assistance
• Trip interruptionexpense benefits (if you break down 100 miles or more from your home)
• Jump-starting, winching (to remove your Volvo from mud, sand, snow or ditch), changing a flat (if a working spare tire is available) or emergency gasoline delivery (up to 2 gallons)

Volvo Roadside Assistance Plus is meant to provide service in emergency situations. An emergency situation does not include:

• Repeated service calls for a car in need of routine maintenance
• Removingsnow from on or around a vehicle
• Installation or removal of chains or snow tires
• Vehicle storage charges, costs of parts and installation, products, materials, impounding and additional labor related to towing

Volvo Roadside Assistance Plus is also complimentary with all VIP extended contracts. Trip interruption benefits with a VIP extended contracts begin within a 100 mile radius of your home.Volvo now offers Volvo Roadside Assistance Plus for complimentary towing beyond the terms of your Volvo Warranty!
