This maintenance program is designed to complement your Volvo Cars warranty and will help ensure trouble-free operation of your Volvo vehicle. The Volvo Complimentary FSM Program is honored at any Volvo Cars authorized retailer in the United States. Coverage begins with the date the vehicle is delivered to the original purchaser or the original lessee, or on the date the vehicle is placed in service. This program is associated with the vehicle and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.

Gasoline, Plug-in Hybrid, Mild-hybrid Vehicle Models (Not Applicable for Battery Electric Vehicles)
For Model Years 2021 to 2025.5, The Volvo Complimentary FSM Program offers:
- Scheduled maintenance coverage for the first 3 years or up to 30,000 miles*
- The first three regularly scheduled maintenance services at 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 miles
- Coverage for any Volvo gasoline-powered car sold new to a retail customer and registered in the U.S. by a Volvo Cars authorized retailer
*Volvo Car USA LLC recommends that you bring your gas-powered vehicle in for service at least once a year regardless of mileage. For vehicle model years 2021 - 2025.5 with an internal combustion engine, Volvo will cover the recommended services at 1 per year for the first 3 years from warranty start date limited to 1 every 10,000 miles up to the first 3 years or 30,000 miles, whichever occurs first. At the discretion of Volvo Car USA LLC, applicable software upgrades may be downloaded to your vehicle.

- Damage to the vehicle resulting from normal wear and tear or abuse
- Vehicles severely damaged and/or declared to be a total loss by an insurer
- Service intervals missed by the owner/ driver of record. Volvo Cars retailers will perform the service that is appropriate for the mileage or age of the vehicle
- Additional customer-requested services or Volvo Cars retailer-suggested service not specified in the Volvo Warranty and Maintenance Records Information booklet
- Wear items outlined in the Volvo Warranty and Maintenance Records Information booklet
