 Volvo On Call is a subscription based service featuring the Volvo Cars app that keeps you connected with your Volvo car.  The purchase or lease of a brand new model year 2018 or newer Volvo includes Volvo On Call complimentary for the first four years from the initial date of activation. 

Volvo On Call subscription includes: 

 

  • Volvo Cars app - lock/unlock doors, remote start/stop engine, car warnings, driving journal, vehicle information, honk and flash, send to car, and roadside assistance
  • Safety services - direct access to accident or breakdown services from Volvo Roadside  
  • Security services - remote door unlock by Volvo On Call, theft alarm notification, stolen vehicle tracking and in some areas vehicle immobilization

 

All 2015.5 and newer Volvos that are equipped with the Sensus Connect system have the integrated Volvo On Call system. By pressing the integrated On Call button from inside your Volvo, you will reach a Volvo Roadside operator who will guide a recovery service to your current location.  This system also includes an SOS emergency button.
