Ergonomic front seats

The ergonomic shape of the front seats helps you settle in comfortably. You can fine-tune your position with eight power adjustments and lumbar support. At higher equipment levels, you can save these settings to your profile. That way, the seat slides into your ideal position when you unlock the door.

Choose heated front seats with three settings for cold mornings. Add ventilation for hot days or a soothing ten-point massage function. If you have longer legs, cushion extensions are available for extra thigh support.

Tailored steering wheel

The three-spoke steering wheel is wrapped in a premium leather-free material or dual-tone leather if you choose blond ventilated nappa leather upholstery. It has a sporty grip and a refined look, with colour-coordinated hand-stitching, satin silk trim and glossy black accents.

Buttons on the left manage functions like adaptive cruise control and Pilot Assist. Right-side buttons adjust audio, infotainment and communication.

Heat the steering wheel on chilly mornings with a tap on the centre display. You can also use the Volvo Cars app to warm the whole cabin before you hop in.

Agile ride and handling

The XC60 is engineered to deliver an active driving experience. The standard chassis is tuned to balance comfort and control.

The double wishbone front suspension and integral link rear setup help the car respond precisely as you steer, while long suspension travel takes the edge off bumps.

Select the active chassis with air suspension and adaptive dampers to add an extra layer of comfort. It monitors the car, road and driver 500 times per second, then adjusts each shock absorber to help keep the ride smooth and controlled.
