Volvo C30 Electric- Crash Test
The Lithium-Ionbatteries (green) installed in the propshaft tunnel, in the car is well protected and separated from the car's crumple zones. Steel beams and other parts of the structure around the battery are reinforced to help protect if from being affected in a collision.
