Did you know we have daily deliveries of cars to customers from the US? Volvo Cars has a strong, global fan base. For our American customers, we have a special program. They order their car from the US. Then they come over here to spend time in Gothenburg, trying their new Volvo, taking it for longer drives. Their Swedish adventure usually lasts for a week or two. After that, we help them ship the car to their home in the US. We have several of these customers here at World of Volvo–every day. Some of them return every year to collect a new Volvo. Through a window at World of Volvo, you can have a look at actual, on-going deliveries as they happen.

Some would say the exhibition is the heart of World of Volvo. This is where you can connect to Volvo's history and future, the interactive way. Of course you’ll be able to take a closer look at some rare Volvos, some of them prototypes that never reached the market. But there’s a lot more. For example, there are several reasons that Volvo stands for safety. The craftsmanship and technology behind all this are on display in the exhibition, plus a lot more.
On the second floor, you will find our eating establishment. It’s called Ceno, which is Latin for I dine. Led by renowned chef, Stefan Karlsson, Ceno offers a feast for the taste buds with delightful company in a magical setting–in their own words. The Nordic brasserie has its focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and is open for lunch.
For those who like to shop, we have the World of Volvo Shop on the second floor. Here you can enjoy a wide range of Volvo products, including World of Volvo exclusives. We also proudly showcase a selection of sustainable products from local brands, all of them carefully chosen for their commitment to environmental responsibility and quality craftsmanship. The shop is located between the café and Ceno Brasserie.
Welcome to the factory that never sleeps! Every weekday the tour bus departs from World of Volvo. Volvo Cars’ Torslanda factory in Gothenburg is still our largest production facility. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes, and the factory tour guides you through the entire production process. You’ll get to see how people and robots work together to build Volvo cars.
