Unlocking the boot lid from inside the car

The boot lid can be unlocked from inside the car using a button beside the steering wheel on the instrument panel.

  1. Press the P5-1507 Open tailgate - interior button button on the instrument panel.
    The boot lid is unlocked and can be opened from the outside.
With the power operated tailgate option*:
  1. Hold the instrument panel's P5-1507 Open tailgate - interior button button depressed for a couple of seconds.

    The tailgate is opened.

    The same button can then be used to close the tailgate.
