Open Source Software Licenses in Vehicles

Above are tabs detailing the Open Source licensed software components in various vehicle models. A list of Open Source software components of the Infotainment system is available in the Settings menu of your vehicle.

Some Open Source software licenses, such as the GPL family of licenses, entitle you to request a copy of the component’s source code. If you would like a copy of such source code, please submit a request in writing, stating which specific component (with its name, version number, and license) and the identity of the vehicle (Chassis number or VIN number) you would like the source code of, to:

We will then provide the source code to you per the terms of each license.  We may charge a shipping & handling fee to address our costs, as allowed by some licenses.
